This deliverable outlines how the Europe-LAND project will establish and manage an online Community of Practice (CoP) to support knowledge exchange and stakeholder interaction.

It also includes moderation guidelines, monitoring through KPIs (e.g., number of followers and interactions), and evaluation of the impact of the community.
