Z tohoto d\u016fvodu je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pochopit pohledy r\u016fzn\u00fdch m\u00edstn\u00edch a n\u00e1rodn\u00edch zainteresovan\u00fdch stran, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed o vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u016fdy. T\u00fdm Europe-LAND vypracoval r\u00e1mec \u017eiv\u00e9 laborato\u0159e, v n\u011bm\u017e jsou pops\u00e1ny navrhovan\u00e9 \u010dinnosti, jejich\u017e c\u00edlem je aktivn\u011b zapojit z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00e9 strany v ka\u017ed\u00e9 partnersk\u00e9 zemi, aby se prozkoumalo jejich pov\u011bdom\u00ed o zm\u011bn\u00e1ch klimatu a v\u00fdzv\u00e1ch v oblasti biologick\u00e9 rozmanitosti a aby se zjistily probl\u00e9my, o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a m\u00edstn\u00ed charakteristiky, s nimi\u017e se v m\u00edstn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed, pokud jde o rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed o vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u016fdy.
